Custom Orders
All custom and personalized items are final sale and non-refundable. This includes items featuring names, dates, custom messages, or made-to-order designs. Once production begins, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or with an error caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue store credit.

Non-Custom Items
If you purchased a non-custom item, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
